Using our patented system for construction and industrial internet of things technologies (IIoT) our creation is produced in a Zero Carbon Footprint Factory / Academy.
WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

- Our onsite build time is 6 weeks end to end as opposed to 12 to 16 weeks for traditional builds
- The building is watertight in just 5 days, we believe we can reduce this with further learning and experience
- The house exceeds Part L, Part O and Part F building regulations being a rating of A++ EPC, whereas the minimum required is B+ EPC
- To meet the 2025 Future Homes Standard a score of 81 is required we are 104 far exceeding their requirement
- Creepage for corner to corner is within 5mm compared to traditional housing which is 25-30mm
OUR PATENTED DESIGN
We are proud to announce our collaboration with the UK Green Building Council, ESG, and the University of Lincoln, making us the first company globally to install and dismantle prototypes while meticulously measuring embodied carbon, operational carbon, and product lifecycle. Our partnership with the University of Lincoln enables us to present these groundbreaking results. Our innovative process marks a world-first achievement by executing builds and dismantles without the need for scaffolding.
Our patent
Various rounds of competition from others across Europe that have tried to muscle in on our concept. Each round has been fought and verified by the team and the Intellectual Property Office.
Zero Carbon Prototype Affordable Homes
A full-size semi-detached set of prototype homes has been created and built in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire. Videos and Photographs available but viewing is believing. The team will shortly be carefully dismantling them to evidence the Embedded Carbon and to prove that they can successfully be moved to other locations.

Our target market is predominantly affordable homes.
We have designs for 2-Bed, 3-Bed, 4-Bed and Bungalows. All available for Self-Build projects.
We believe the Blossom house can change lives, and the way we are living, give people a healthier lifestyle, costs zero to run and are zero carbon which is right for our planet. We believe this is the right of everyone and because of this we believe we can stop fuel poverty, unpaid rents and the people that needs them the most are houses for rent and affordable houses. We can achieve this because the Blossom house was designed to be mass produced so we can make and build our houses creating skilled green jobs of the future and making living more affordable. Blossom Modular MMC wants to be the first manufacturer and construction experts to deliver our zero carbon houses to a full turnkey. We want to be an employer for people and for our workforce, we want to change the way houses are built today in changing the construction industry and taking it to the 21st century to play our part in achieving climate change. To do all this Blossom Modular MMC wants to be the first manufacturer, the first construction company to go through the B Corp certification to give us an ESG framework environmental, social, governance where everyone is held accountable.
