Blossom Modular MMC

Sustainable house designs revolutionising the building process

Blossom Modular MMC is now in receipt of a fully Patented design.
After years of research and development, building a set of Semi-Detached Prototype Homes in a small factory building. Blossom Modular MMC is in the final stages of capturing the embedded carbon within the buildings and their footprint. The semi-detached homes are currently being meticulously dismantled to measure, monitor and provide data to evidence the net zero carbon footprint.

The semi-detached homes will be transported to a new soon to be revealed location and re-assembled. This also evidences the possibilities that homes can be lifted and shifted as and when necessary. The homes will last long past their 60-year predicted minimum life span.

Blossom Modular MMC uses Modern Methods of Construction that far exceeds the normal Modular Home build, and far exceeds the latest Future Homes Standards.
