All our house types are based on a standard specification, with the added advantage no matter where we are in the country we can match your external façade requirements and satisfy local and planning constraints.
Blossom Modular is going through the final stages of the Bopas accreditation and going on to achieve Bopas plus which gives you a 60 year maintenance and durability assessment.
Blossom Modular wants to become the first manufacturer/construction company to go through a full accreditation of the whole house of which has never been done before in the world.
We are looking to partner with MTC and Bopas to achieve this because we believe the Blossom house surpasses passive house and future homes standards and we believe we have the answer to the housing crisis because of our patented system
