Our ground works are completely different from a traditional build as we use 83% recyclable chipboard blocks for our foundation blocks. We use no concrete other what is in the footings and blocks which is low carbon concrete. we erect our houses with no scaffolding which has never been done before, all this then reduces the time by up to 70%.
